As an Award-Winning & Industry Recognized Leader, Mr. Reynolds has proven experience in the telecommunications, digital, professional services, private equity, and SaaS industries, heading both independent ventures and up to $123B Fortune 500 global businesses. Owning budgets of up to $1.3B and guiding up to 6.8K employees, he has an exceptional track record of instilling cultures driven by continuous improvement, emerging capabilities, and operational excellence.
Rob remains passionate about maximizing opportunities for innovation and impact, driving collaboration among business and technical units, and strengthening organizational adaptability. Recently, he has focused on expanding corporate services and supporting M&As to drive hyper growth and digital transformations, accelerating revenue and EBITDA improvements.
Mr. Reynolds most recently served as the Chief Information Officer & Emerging Technologies at Congruex Group, LLC., a digital telecommunications company. Here, he developed proprietary GenAI and implemented governance models to bolster employee accountability through the responsible use of AI technologies. Additionally, he discovered a monetizable data platform that enabled a full-service SaaS, driving significant increases in production. Upon joining Congruex, Rob served in a dual role as the Chief Information Officer & Chief Administrative Officer, where he headed technical and cultural initiatives to drive strategy and M&As. As the PE-backed startup, Rob managed both digital and brand integrations to deliver double digit completed acquisitions in three years.
Rob also served extended tenures at Comcast and AT&T, leading the companies as the Interim CIO and Vice President of Next-Generation Systems, Technology Strategy, and New Business & Partner Acceleration.
Rob holds a Master of Computer Information Systems at the University of Denver, as well as his Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems & Quantitative Methods at Fort Hays State University. Additionally, he holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has participated in Comcast’s Executive Leadership Program.
Mr. Reynolds was named CIO of the Year in 2022 by both the Inspire ORBIE Awards and the Colorado Technology Association. Earlier in his career, he was recognized as a Top 250 Technology Company Leader by InformationWeek and a two-time Top 100 IT Leader by Computerworld. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Technology Association, Black Lab Sports, Inspire Leadership Network (ColoradoCIO), and the Southeast Lineman Training Center. Rob enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing, as well as volunteering for the Special Olympics organization.
